White
Peonies white (D). A famous white tea from Funding, China. Produced by picking two leaves and one bud from the tea plant allows the light floral aroma with a cup of light floral hints and honeydew notes.
Green
Sen-cha ( low C). Our Japan sencha Kakawaga is very low caffeine, is also smooth with reasonable depth and body.
Longiing (Dragon Well Green Tea) ( D). One of China’s most famous green teas. Originates from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, recognized for its flat spear-shaped leaves and fresh slightly nutty, chestnut-like flavor with toasty aroma.
Oolong Tea (C)
Our Ali Shan is a complex, flavorful oolong grown at a high altitude in the Ali Mountain range in central Taiwan. The leaves are green, though the taste is distinctly oolong, with a buttery mouthfeel and light, creamy, sweet grass flavor notes. Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea made from partially oxidized leaves.
Black/Pu-erh
